I offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation. Together we will explore all design possibilities, ensuring we arrive at your ultimate vision of your dream dress. I will gain a close understanding of your personal requirements through our collaboration of ideas, hopes, and desires, identifying your precise expectations. The design process will be a marriage of minds, as I offer textile advice from a selection of exclusive internationally sourced fabrics. At the end of the consultation, an estimate will be provided. On acceptance of the estimate, the timeframe will be finalised so creation of your unique garment can begin.
Design
Inspiration and imagination are captured as your dream garment comes to life. Your bespoke pattern is designed, and a template created in toile, providing a visible representation of the design. Fabric choices will be explored together, recommendations will be offered for your approval, and embellishments agreed upon. At this point, adaptations and adjustments take place to ensure that you are 100% happy with the process. I take you under my wing, ensuring the garment will be authentic to your desires and wishes, transforming your fondest wishes into your dream outfit.
Fittings
As we journey together toward the creation of your ultimate outfit, I will offer three fittings. This will begin with the toile garment, created to give an idea of how the finished item will feel, and the first stage in your chosen outfit becoming real. We will have the opportunity for embellishments to be selected and adaptations to be agreed upon. There will be a second fitting and final fitting, followed by collection of the garment, once you are totally happy with the creation.
Alterations
I am able to adapt and alter any existing Bridal Gown, to transform the ‘ordinary’ and make it extra-special. This ensures it is beautifully bespoke and entirely personal to you. Design changes and embellishments are authentic and performed to the very highest tailoring standards, and my highly - skilled alterations will ensure your dress fits like a glove.
