Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a private, unhurried one-to-one consultation at our studio in Berkshire. This is your time — to share your vision, your inspirations, and your hopes for the garment you've been dreaming of. Vaishali listens closely, offering guidance on silhouettes, fabrics, and style whilst building a true understanding of who you are and what you need. At the close of your consultation, a detailed estimate is provided with no obligation to proceed.
DESIGN & FABRIC SELECTION
Design
Once you are ready to begin, Vaishali moves into the design phase — translating your vision into sketch, then into a bespoke pattern created specifically for your measurements. Fabric choices are explored together from an exclusive selection of sourced materials; laces, silks, satins, organzas, and more. Embellishments are discussed and agreed upon, ensuring every element of the design is authentic to your wishes before a single piece of final fabric is cut.
First Fitting
Your garment takes its first tangible form — a toile is created that allows you to truly see and feel the shape of your design before committing to your chosen materials. This is an exciting milestone; the moment your dream begins to look real. Adaptations and adjustments are made at this stage, ensuring the silhouette, proportions, and fit are exactly right before construction begins in earnest.
Fittings
Second Fitting - Creation and Progress
Your dress is now being created in its final, chosen fabric. The second fitting allows you to see the garment taking shape in all its beauty — seam by seam, stitch by stitch. This is the fitting at which any fine adjustments are made to ensure the construction is progressing exactly as envisioned. Embellishments and finishing details are confirmed at this stage, bringing the design to life in its full, breath taking form.
Final Fitting & Collection - Your Perfect Reveal
The final fitting is your moment. Your completed gown is fitted with precision, with any last finishing touches applied to ensure an absolutely flawless result. You will leave the studio feeling completely confident, knowing that what you are wearing is utterly unique, made exclusively for you, and crafted to the very highest couture standard. Your dress is then carefully packaged and ready for collection.
